Fashion is Art
Fashion is more than the clothes on your back. It's art.
Art is a world of change and expression, defining ourselves, others and promoting certain ideas. The clothes you wear and how you wear it, expresses yourself, and promotes a certain image to the world. Perhaps it's, 'I dont give a baboon's butt what you think about me, and I have more important things to worry about than fashion," or, "I care a lot about what people think about me and dress like I'm always ready to meet new people who can get me places", or even, "I'm unique".
Whether you mean to or not, the way you dress presents certain ideas about you, as art presents certain ideas about the artist. Fashion is art.
